About the role

We are looking for a high performing PPC team member who will take care of payroll the daily HR operations for our people in HCM office, deliver best people experience and assist in delivering KPMG’s “Best Firm to Work With” strategy to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily C&B activities: Payroll, PIT, Social Insurance, Tax, Final Payment, etc.;
  • Perform all reports and activities related to SHUI, PIT, and other HR reports on time and compliant with the Firm policy and the local legislations;
  • Maintain and update staff data and salary structure, ensure proper monthly payroll analysis, manage salary calculation and payment, and implement allowances schemes accurately;
  • Input data and monitor HR and payroll systems;
  • Responsible for responding to staff inquiries related to SHUI benefits, firm’s policy and other HR procedures;
  • Regularly update new Law documents relating to labor code, tax, insurance;
  • Assist in the annual year-end review cycle in terms of C&B data reconciliation;
  • Deal with authority if needed;
  • Performs other duties when assigned by Manager.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Business administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR C&B practices
  • Good/updated knowledge in Labor law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax.
  • Experience working with HR management/payroll system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
  • Consistently deliver work of a high standard of quality, precision and according to standards, procedures, rules, regulations and expectations.
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with limited supervision. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
