Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting tasks

  • Assist professional team in the preparation of reports, documents and contracts; eg: type, edit, format and print documents;
  • Translate documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa;
  • Assist the KDC Department with other administrative tasks as and when needed.
  • Manage library system.
  • Participate to Reporting Innovation projects as assigned.

2. Helpdesk tasks

  • Responsible for assisting answering queries and addressing system (CRM/IBS) and user issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Understanding and proactively maintaining daily system performance, having the ability to troubleshoot user problems
  • Instruct users on basic system and multi-functions related to ensure thorough interaction between user and CRM/IBS system.
  • Maintain system information input-output and executing data cleansing/reconciliation process periodically.
  • Review and doing necessary arrangement to update user security, e.g. adding or removing access rights re onboarding or leaving employees.
  • Acting as a coordinator by assisting other team members to monitoring/involving testing process, data configuration, deployment or operation in any projects related to system enhancement, upgrades or changes.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • University or college graduate, with good command English;
  • Good translation skill, translation experience in finance or accounting sector for foreign invested bank/companies is preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power Point);
  • Detail-oriented, team work sprit and willing to apply new solutions/ tools for daily works.
  • Strong organization and communication skills would be an advantage; and
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
