Role Purpose

Manage internal innovation projects with a focus on ensuring successful adoption and high satisfaction from stakeholders. This role centers on working with business units to clarify requirements, coordinate stakeholders, manage project status, and measure business outcomes from deployed technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination

- Work directly with business units, champions, and leadership to understand needs, pain points, and expectations for solutions

- Ensure projects align with strategic objectives, have clear scope, and secure stakeholder buy-in

- Organize and facilitate meetings to synchronize expectations, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment

- Track and report progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to leadership on a regular basis

- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and internal standards

 

B. Business Need & Value Management

- Lead working sessions to collect, evaluate, and prioritize business needs based on impact and feasibility

- Collaborate with business units to build clear business cases (ROI, effort, risks, success criteria)

- Define scope, timeline, and success metrics; monitor execution to ensure alignment

- Analyze complex problems and propose practical, feasible solutions in environments with uncertainties

 

C. Process Development & Team Enablement

- Design and implement end-to-end workflows for intake, evaluation, prioritization, execution, and closure of business requirements

- Create clear, reusable templates, guidelines, and playbooks for requirement governance

- Train and mentor team members on business need management best practices, project methodologies, and tools

- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and office hours to upskill the team

- Monitor process effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine workflows to improve efficiency and quality

 

D. Adoption & Satisfaction Management

- Define and track KPIs for adoption rate, usage patterns, and business outcomes

- Set up and manage channels to collect user feedback on experience and satisfaction

- Analyze feedback and data to improve deliverable quality, training materials, and support processes

- Partner with departments to drive adoption through communication and training programs

- Design and conduct surveys to measure satisfaction and identify improvement areas

 

E. Program & Resource Management

- Oversee allocation of tools, licenses, and support resources.

- Work with vendors and IT to ensure services meet business needs

- Manage, train and develop support team to deliver high-quality services

Qualifications & Experiences

- 2+ years of experience in managing technology or innovation projects

- Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate multiple options, and make evidence-based decisions

- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution in uncertain environments

- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies

- Confident working in changing environments, unclear requirements, and adapting plans as needed

- Process development skills: Experience designing and implementing workflows, governance frameworks, or operational processes

- Experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting training sessions for teams

- Experience working with multiple departments and levels to gather requirements and drive alignment

- Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile) and best practices in scope, risk, and status management

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese; ability to present to diverse audiences

- Understanding of how to measure business value and impact of technology initiatives

 

Preferred:

- Certifications: PMP®, PRINCE2®, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications

- Familiarity with automation, digital tools, cloud platforms, or data analytics

- Experience implementing adoption programs

- Experience managing small teams

- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding technical concepts
