Job Summary

KPMG Vietnam is seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our Technology Consulting team. The AI Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to solve complex business problems for our clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture aligns with both business and technical requirements while leveraging the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI architectures to address client-specific business challenges.
• Lead AI solution development, from conceptualization through deployment, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Assess existing systems and provide AI-driven enhancements to optimize business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including data gathering, model development, testing, and deployment.
• Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, frameworks, and tools to streamline solution development.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to propose cutting-edge solutions for clients.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields. A PhD is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning models.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions at scale across industries, preferably in consulting environments.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and data lakes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience with DevOps practices and AI model governance is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the financial, healthcare, or retail sectors.
• Knowledge of ethical AI and regulatory frameworks.
• Certification in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
