Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the SAP project team leader, responsible for organizing and leading team members to execute tasks and deliver services to the client according to the project plan and under the supervision of the project manager.
• Participate in the global SAP projects with other KPMG firms in other countries. Via on-job training and hand-on experience, learn the global KPMG SAP solutions for applying to the projects in Viet Nam.
• Support the directors and managers in business development activities.
• Participate in all stages of SAP implementation projects or rollout projects, including the Blueprint, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Support phases.
• Analyze business requirements and develop effective SAP solutions that address client needs.
• Configure and provide ongoing support for the specific SAP module.
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
• Conduct system testing, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes for clients.
• Deliver end-user training and offer post-go-live assistance.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Possess knowledge and experience in at least one SAP module: MM, WM, SD, PP, FI, and/or CO. This should be proven by the relevant SAP certificates.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience in SAP projects, especially with ECC and/or S/4HANA. Experience with modern SAP technologies is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) is a plus.
• Educational background: at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Foreign Trade, or Information Technology. A master's degree is a plus.
• Able to communicate (written and spoken) in English with clients and colleagues across the global KPMG network.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interacting with multinational clients at a professional level.
• Proven expertise in testing, data migration, and preparing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Willing to travel both domestically and overseas on business trips.
