Key Responsibilities

• ERP/CRM Implementation Presales is centered around working with potential clients to understand their business needs and showcasing how the ERP/CRM solutions align with their requirements.

• This position involves designing customized presentations and demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, facilitating workshops, and acting as the liaison between clients and the technical team.

• It requires comprehensive knowledge of specific ERP/CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of various business processes.

• Key responsibilities also include staying current with software updates, strategizing with sales teams for deal closures, and providing feedback to product teams based on client interactions.

• Success in this role depends on a blend of technical proficiency, sales expertise, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications & Experiences

1. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA can be advantageous, especially if it’s in a technology or business discipline.

• Certifications: Relevant to the ERP/CRM platforms are a plus point

 

2. Job-related Working Experience

• Years of Experience: Typically, a senior role would require 5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a related field, with a track record of successful ERP/CRM implementations.

• Demonstrated Experience:

• Leading solution design for ERP/CRM systems based on complex client requirements. This includes experience with demonstrating software capabilities to meet business needs.

• Acting as a Solution Lead or significant involvement in project management, showcasing the ability to drive projects from conception through to completion.

• Handling RFPs/RFIs, conducting workshops, and delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders.

• Cross-Industry/cross-modules knowledge, providing insight into how various business processes and regulatory environments can impact ERP/CRM implementation.

 

3. Soft Skills

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, to clearly articulate complex solutions and build strong relationships with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations and system demonstrations (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.), with knowledge of multiple solutions being a plus.

• Strong Problem-Solving Skills, able to identify and address client issues effectively, proposing optimal solutions.

• Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Leadership and Mentoring abilities, to guide junior consultants and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
