Our Services

KPMG VietNam is looking an experienced Salesforce CRM lead who will be responsible for client in presales phase, work in as solution lead for a successful CRM implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects / clients to understand business requirements
• Demonstrate Salesforce solution capabilities to the client
• Leading to response full cycle of project:
• Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
• Create Solution design to address client business, interface and
• performance requirements
• Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
• Create estimates for implementation tasks
• Installation, setup and configuration of Salesforce
• Data migration from external systems into MS CRM
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Conduct user and administrator training
• Complete the project tasks on time and under budget
• Build expertise in Industry areas of focus, contributes to development of Industry
• solutions

Qualifications & Experiences

• Experience from 5 – 10 years in implementing CRM solutions (at least 4 years of Salesforce)

• Experience in leading workshop with customer

• Experience in requirement collecting & solution designing for whole CRM system

• Leadership & management skills are required (Leadership / project management certificate is an advantage)

• Deep understanding of popular project implementation methodology

• Deep understanding of CRM/Business best practice

• Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.

• Willing to travel as and when required.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• Analytical and creative thinking.
