Our Technology Consulting function provides services in consulting and implementation of technology systems for enterprises, including Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”), Enterprise Performance Management (“EPM”) and Data Analytics & Platform Solutions for clients in across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, F&B, banking & financial services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager of D365 Finance & Operations, you will have a chance to lead the delivery team to deliver solutions for modules in Microsoft D365 across finance and supply chain management processes. The delivery would include consulting the appropriate system solutions, implementing the solution in D365 F&O.
You will report to Project Manager.

Key responsibilities
•    Conduct workshops to gather business requirements
•    Analyze the business requirements, discuss and finalize the proposed solution with stakeholders from the clients
•    Develop and maintain configuration documentation and implementation guides.
•    Configure the solutions in D365 F&O system to meet business requirements.
•    Lead the SIT/ UAT to ensure that the system is functioning as expected.
•    Provide leadership, training, and support to the delivery teams during the implementation process.
•    Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise during the implementation process.
•    Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the project's success.

Qualifications & Experiences

•    Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, technology or related field.
•    Solid understanding of VAS and IFRS is a plus
•    At least 5 years of experience in ERP Implementation, with at least 3 projects related to D365 F&O, Business Central or A/X at the similar role.
•    Relevant professional certifications are preferred, such as Microsoft Certified: Supply Chain Management Functional Expert, Finance Functional Expert
•    Familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira.
•    Strong analytical thinking, organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
•    Well-developed critical thinking and decision-making skills.
•    Proven ability to manage, mentor, and coach team members effectively.
•    Capability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines
