Key Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and deliver the international tax, transfer pricing and M&A Tax as a part of services in Vietnam & Cambodia
• Identify work opportunities through internal and external networks of contacts
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and business relationships
• Close collaboration with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the KPMG tax practice across Vietnam & Cambodia, including but not limited to ASPAC
• Provide support to the engagement partners to ensure effective and timely input to business initiatives and projects.  
• Provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to exceed the expectations of our clients
• Assume responsibility for the development and motivation of engagement staff and provide them with leadership, counselling and career guidance

Qualifications & Experiences

• University degree in economics, finance, law or related fields  
• 15 years relevant experience 
• Analytical, organizational, strategic mindset with strong numerical skills 
• Excellent technical knowledge of and experience in transfer pricing and international tax
• BEPS 2.0 implementation
• Legal controversy is preferrable
• Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills and effective communication skills
• Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines 
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieving an outcome
• Demonstrated strategic and innovative thinking skills with the ability to develop tailored solutions to address complex needs
• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook -
• Good command of English
