KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia is seeking an experienced and discreet Personal Assistant to provide direct executive support to the Chairman and CEO (hereafter referred as “CEO”). This strategic role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, adaptable and communication abilities. As a key liaison across both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will act as a gatekeeper and trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring optimal efficiency and focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, plan and manage the CEO's daily agenda and appointments across multiple time zones and regions. Provide extensive diary management including complete control of diaries on a day-to-day basis.
- Book complex national and international travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and minimal expenditure, including but not limiting to detailed itineraries, visas, land transportation, accommodation and related logistics for the CEO's travels.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread executive-level reports, presentations, board packs, and confidential correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and preparation materials for meetings, appointments, and events; work closely with other functional heads to gather agenda items, briefing notes, and other materials, as needed. Distribute meeting materials in advance of meetings.
- Facilitate seamless communication and scheduling with global and regional stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Attend internal meetings and prepare accurate and timely minutes and action points.
- Handle sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
- Collaborate closely with executive assistants of other regional and international KPMG leaders to ensure alignment of priorities and scheduling.
- Organise and assist at internal meetings and events, client events and corporate hospitality.
- Support the CEO with ad hoc personal and business-related tasks as required.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably a CEO or C-level.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to interface with all levels of management as well as external stakeholders. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity.
• Demonstrate confidence, people skills, ambition and pragmatism.
