About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Innovation PMO (focus on AI projects). This role typically supports managing administrative complexity, compliance documentation, reporting cycles, stakeholder follow-ups, and project and tool governance. Innovation PMO will ensure innovation projects and tools are properly managed, documented and complied with internal processes.

 

Responsibilities:

A. AI Project Coordination

  • Lead day-to-day AI project coordination, including project plans, action trackers, meeting minutes, and governance records.
  • Monitor and escalate project execution items, including milestones, issues, resource, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide first-level support to internal staff on AI queries and tool guidance.

 

B. Tool Compliance & Risk Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain AI tool and application documentation, including tool registers, approval records, risk assessments, usage conditions, and supporting evidence.
  • Coordinate AI tool review and approval workflows with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and well-organized.

 

C. Reporting & Insights

  • Lead strategic monitoring & reporting:

Proactively track and prepare regular updates on internal AI tool usage, AI adoption progress, KPMG AI releases and updates, as well as associated cost tracking.

  • Drive adoption execution and accountability:

Closely monitor AI tool adoption activities, usage status, and cost updates; coordinate with relevant KPMG departments to ensure timely completion of action items.

  • Translate data into actionable insights:

Consolidate adoption, usage, and cost data to generate insights on usage trends, engagement levels, bottlenecks, and gaps; clearly identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize the AI program

 

D. Process Improvement

  • Support continuous improvement of innovation project management, tool governance, and internal processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort and improve delivery quality in project execution.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Technology, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, PMO support, business operations, digital transformation, technology project support, compliance coordination, or innovation-related roles.
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation, internal digital solutions, or solution design is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Able to translate business needs, project updates, and technical inputs into clear documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Good stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office.
