Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified candidate for a vacancy of Tax Secretary based in Ho Chi Minh. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out secretarial and administrative support duties along with other corresponding tasks as and when delegated.
- Proactively take lead of all administrative support for Partners & Directors, and department;
- Assist in travel booking, printing, stationary ordering, and other administrative requests of department needs;
- Support team's training (book meeting room, send invitation, record CPE hours);
- Verify leave and overtime forms submitted by department members on Otal system;
- Ensured firm’s policy compliance across departmental operations;
- Record team members for engagement in Retain system;
- Analyze and allocate staff engagements based on current workload, timelines, and potential conflicts to ensure efficiency and workload balance.
- Manage and record team's black files/yellow files.
- Handle archiving and transferring black files to warehouse, and vice versa.
Qualifications & Experiences
- A university degree holder;
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience in secretarial/administrative role, preferably in professional services environment;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Very good computer knowledge and skills (MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point);
- Conscientious, service and customer-oriented;
- Very well planning skill, detail focused and good commitment;
- Strong organizational skills are essential in order to manage and prioritize your workload;
- Able to work under high pressure with all levels of staff;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
